Acne scarring

Microneedling to remodel scar tissue and even out texture over a series.

Acne scars are not stains — they are changes in the structure of the skin. That is why topical products do very little for them and why resurfacing from the surface alone rarely finishes the job.

Microneedling creates thousands of controlled channels that trigger collagen remodelling underneath the scar. Three to four sessions a month apart is the usual course, and combining it with PRP strengthens the response. Expect gradual improvement rather than a single dramatic result.
