Skin tag removal

Skin tags are soft benign growths that form where skin rubs against skin or clothing — neck, underarms, eyelids, under the bust. They are harmless, and they catch on jewellery and collars, which is why most people want them gone.

Removal takes seconds each with a laser, usually with topical numbing and several done in the same visit. Healing is a small scab that lifts within a week or two. As with any lesion, anything unusual gets a dermatology opinion before we touch it.
