Under-eye hollows and tear troughs

Under-eye shadow is usually structural rather than a sleep problem. As the cheek loses projection, a hollow forms where it meets the lower lid, and that ledge casts a shadow no concealer fully hides.

A small amount of a soft hyaluronic acid filler restores the transition. This is one of the most technically demanding placements on the face — the tissue is thin, the anatomy is unforgiving, and overfilling looks worse than doing nothing. Often the right answer is to treat the cheek first and reassess.
