Lisa is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. She has been a nurse since 2016 and has practiced aesthetic medicine since 2020, holding certifications from the Esthetic Skin Institute. She founded LL Aesthetics in Weymouth, where she treats patients and mentors injectors across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her approach is built on natural results and honest planning: she would rather spend a visit mapping out your goals than treat you before you're ready.

Itala Melo Rice is a skilled aesthetic specialist with expertise in microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, facials, dermaplaning, and skin analysis. Since earning her degree in Aesthetics in 2021, she has been dedicated to personalized skincare, ensuring optimal treatments and product recommendations for radiant, healthy skin.

Certified Nurse Injector & Advanced Practice Nurse Student (FNP-S)
Junior is a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts specialized in Aesthetics Injectables. Junior holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietitian from Brazil, earned his Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree at UMASS Boston, and is currently working towards his Master of Science degree in Nursing Practitioner at Regis College. He has worked in the surgical ICU at Tufts Medical Center as a Staff Nurse and is well-trained in IV technique, a skill which assists him in his aesthetic practice. Junior was also a Clinical Instructor at Audrey Rose Advance Medical Aesthetics, teaching other health care providers to help them become certified. Being Brazilian born and raised, he speaks Portuguese.
